Engineering Charts - Toolbar
Depending on the screen resolution of the monitor you are
using to view
4D Analytics, the toolbar consists of either text
and icons, or just icons.
- Show/Hide Options: Use the Options panel to control what data appears on the chart.
- Chart Details: Open the Chart Details to review point data, choose a Chart Type, and show or hide individual point plots.
- Graph Start/End Dates: The engineering chart starts up displaying a range of data according to the settings specified in the point configuration, but this date range can be changed after the chart is loaded.
- Refresh Graph: Click the Refresh Graph icon to apply selected Start/End dates to the chart.
- Synchronize Start/End Dates with Current Zoom: Drag the grips of the Navigator Trace in either direction then click the Synchronise Start/End Dates with Current Zoom icon. The chart zooms in or out to establish the position of the grips as the period of presented data.
- Reset Start/End Dates to Default: Click the Reset Start/End Dates to Defaults icon to return the full span of data.
- Export to Excel: Click the Export icon to create an Excel file that you can download.
- Download As: Click this icon then choose from the available options to generate an image file of the chart as it is currently displayed.
